Upgrades and Renewals
If you own a previous version, you can purchase an upgrade or renew your maintenance plan through the Customer Portal.
Delivery Policy / Order Status
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday from 9 AM – 5PM Central Time. If you don’t see an order confirmation email within 20 minutes, please check your spam folder for messages from “Cleverbridge” – the company that processes our orders.
Ordering by Phone, Fax or Purchase Order
For the fastest service, we recommend that you place your order using a credit card through our our secure online store. Otherwise, Indigo Rose products are carried by most major software development tool vendors. Refund Policy
We offer a free 30 day trial version of all products. You can download and try the product out before you purchase anything, so there is no risk to you. Once you purchase, all sales are final.
