Did you purchase through a reseller?
If you purchased through a reseller other than cleverbridge, you'll have to register your product's serial number before you can access this portal.

Note: If you purchased through cleverbridge, your serial number was registered at the time you purchased (and a portal account was automatically created). You cannot register a serial number that has already been registered.
