Upgrades and Renewals
If you own a previous version, you can purchase an upgrade or renew your maintenance plan through the Customer Portal.
Order Status
If you don’t see an order confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder for messages from “Paddle” – the company that processes our orders. You will also receive some emails from “Indigo Rose Software” with your customer portal login details and download instructions.
Refund Policy
We offer a free 30 day trial version of all products. You can download and try the product out before you purchase anything, so there is no risk to you. Additionally, Paddle provides for a 15 day refund period (unlicensed distribution our runtimes is a violation of our copyright).
