Items in project:

A list of merge modules in your project that can be added to the current feature. Note that merge modules already in the current feature will not be listed because a merge module can only be in a feature once.

Only show items not already in a feature

If checked, the Items in project list above will only display merge modules that have not been assigned to any other features. This is a good way to make sure that you do not miss any merge modules as that will result in the merge module not being included in the installer.
