Add selected files' component to feature:

Select the feature (by feature ID) that you want to assign the selected files' component to. Click the "New" button beside the combo box to open the Feature Properties dialog and add a new feature to your project. Note that once you add a new feature in this way it becomes part of your project even if you click the Cancel button on this dialog. If you want to remove a feature that you added from this dialog or you want to change its parent feature, please use the Features dialog.

Exclusive (remove from other features)

If checked, the files' component will be removed from all features that they are currently assigned to before being added to the feature that you have selected. If unchecked, the files' component will be added to the feature that you have selected but will not be removed from other features that it may belong to.
