A list of components in your project that can be added to the current feature. Note that components already in the current feature will not be listed because a component can only be in a feature once.

Only show items not already in a feature

If checked, the Items in project list above will only display components that have not been assigned to any other features. This is a good way to make sure that you do not miss any components as that will result in the component not being included in the installer.
