MSI Factory

The Import Registry Key/Values dialog allows you to select Registry keys or values from your development system so they can be automatically converted into Registry actions that will recreate its structure.

What do you want to import?

Sub keys only

Recreate the sub keys of the selected Registry key using MSI Factory Registry actions. Only the sub keys will be recreated, not their values.

Values only

Recreate the values of the selected Registry key using MSI Factory Registry actions.

Sub keys and values

Recreate both the values and sub keys of the selected Registry key using MSI Factory Registry actions.

Component Options

Create new component for each action

Create a new component for each Registry action that needs to be created.

Create one new component for all actions

Create one new component for all Registry actions that need to be created.

Import all actions to existing component:

Create all Registry actions under an existing component. You can select the component identifier from the combo box below.

Recurse sub keys

Recurse all of the sub keys of the selected Registry key when importing the selected Registry key.
