Gets the "8.3" version of the file path "C:\Program Files\AutoPlay Media Studio X\AutoPlayDesign.exe" and stores it in the variable "short_version." The result will look similar to "C:\PROGRA~1\AUTOPL~1\AutoPlayDesign.exe."
