MSI Factory
This tab allows you to subscribe to events published by the installer and assign the event's value to one of the control's attributes. Note that although all controls support subscribed events, it is not common to use this feature for many controls. Common reasons to subscribe to events are:
- A Progress control subscribes to the SetProgress event published by the installer in order to display installation progress.
- A Text control subscribes to the ActionText event published by the installer in order to display installation status as it happens.
Click the Add button to open the Event Subscription Properties dialog and configure a new subscribed event.
