Sequence name:

The unique name of the sequence. This name is for reference only and has no effect on the installer.

Default filter when adding new dialogs:

The type of filter that should be displayed by default when adding new dialogs to this sequence. This setting is just there as a convenience. It has no effect on your installer.

Show first dialog:

When the first dialog of the sequence should be scheduled into the main parent sequence (InstallUISequence or AdminUISequence). Choose from:

After - Show the first dialog after the action or dialog in the Value field below.

Before - Show the first dialog before the action or dialog in the Value field below.

OnExit - Show the dialog on exit. Enter the type of exit in the Value field below.

Sequence - Show the first dialog at a specific sequence number. Enter the sequence number in the Value field below.

Value:

The value of when to show the first dialog. The meaning depends on the selection in the "Show first dialog" field above.

Condition:

The condition that must be met in order to show the sequence.
