Data source name:

The name of the data source.

Driver name:

Associated driver name which may be pre-existing.

Registration:

Whether the data source should be installed for all users on the system ("Per Machine") or for the current user ("Per User").

Attributes

A list of attributes for the ODBC data source. Click the Add button to open the ODBC Attribute dialog and create a new attribute.
