Virtual Directory Identification

Alias:

The virtual directory's alias, which is the URL relative path used to access this virtual directory.

Parent Web Site

Locate existing web site

If selected, this virtual directory will be created in an existing web site on the target system. Use the fields below to specify the criteria to locate the web site. To find the "Default Web Site" in IIS, usually you just fill in the Port as "80" below.

Port:

The port of the site.

IP address:

The IP address of the site. Leave empty for "All Unassigned".

Header name:

The custom header name of the site to locate.

New web site

If selected, this virtual directory will be created in a new web site that you are creating with the Create Web Site action. Choose the web site in the combo box below.
