Folder:

The ID of the new folder that you want to create. For example, "INSTALLBACKUPDIR." You can insert an existing folder from your project by right-clicking on the field and selecting Insert > Folder ID from the context menu, or clicking the Browse button to open the Folders dialog.

Set custom user permissions

If checked, allows you to configure specific access permissions for the folder on the end user's system. Press the Edit button to open the User Permissions dialog.
