The uninstall settings dialog contains various settings that are used to configure the uninstall program for your installation. Some of these settings include: The option of including an uninstall program; information that will be displayed in the Control Panel; shortcuts that will be created on the user's system; and debug log file creation during the uninstall process.
Each tab on the Uninstall Settings dialog can be accessed from the Uninstall program menu.
The Uninstall Settings dialog contains the following five categories:
Tip: To require that the user has administrative privileges to run the uninstallation, configure the installation to require administrative privileges. This can be done from the Requirements dialog.
