Returns true if a specific billboard control is visible, and false if it isn't.
(number) The numeric ID of the billboard control.
(boolean) True if the billboard control is visible, false if it's invisible. If an error occurs, false will be returned. You can use Application.GetLastError to determine whether this action failed, and why.
When adding an action with the script editor, you can use this field to specify a variable that the return value will be stored in.
