The edit state of the location of the folders on your development system whose contents you want to include in the patch. You can click the Browse button to select a different folder or click the edit button ( ) to open the Edit Multiple Values dialog where you can change the folder name for all selected folder references.
Include all subfolders within all selected Local folders. If unchecked, only the files within the root of the folders will be included. The recursion of the subfolders for each folder reference is based on the state of this tri-state check box.
The file mask state that will be used to determine which files will be included or excluded from the patch at build time. You can use wildcards in this field. For example, *.* for all files, *.txt for all files with the .txt file extension etc.
You can click the edit button ( ) to open the Edit Multiple Values dialog where you can change the file mask for all selected folder references.
Only include files that match the specified file mask for all selected folder references.
Exclude any files that match the specified file mask for all selected folder references.
Don't change the file mask for any of the selected folder references.
The edit state of the location that you want each folder and its contents to be patched on the user’s system. You can use any path-related session variable by itself or with a hard-coded path that you specify.
You can click the edit button ( ) to open the Edit Multiple Values dialog where you can change the destination for all selected folder references.
Note: Visual Patch will insert the correct directory here by default when you add the folder reference to the project. Generally, you will not need to change the Install to setting.
