User's Guide - Objects
There are three ways to resize an object: by using the grab handles, by setting the width and height attributes, and by resetting the object to its original size.
To resize an object using the grab handles:
Select the object
that you want to resize.
The object's bounding box will appear.
Drag
one of the grab handles with the mouse to resize the object.
For example, grab the bottom right handle...

...drag it...

...and let go.

You can also resize an object by setting its width and height directly.
To resize an object using the width and height attributes:
Double-click on the object to access its Properties dialog.
Click on the Attributes tab.
Enter the desired width in the Width field.
Enter the desired height in the Height field.
Click OK to exit the Properties dialog.
Some object types allow you to reset the object's size to the original size of the object. For most objects, this will be the actual size of the object's contents, i.e. the image, Flash movie, video or text that the object is displaying.
To reset the size of an object:
Double-click on the object to access its Properties dialog.
Click on the Attributes tab.
Press the Reset size button (
).
If there is no Reset size button on the
Attributes tab, the object type does not support this feature.
Click OK to exit the Properties dialog.
