Project Settings>Security>Menu Expiration will allow you to set a term for the project after you have built it. Unfortunately there does not appear to be a way to set a specific expiration date. Perhaps this will appear in AMS4?

Yep. In 4.0 you'll be able to set any kind of expiration date you want by using IF statements and Date actions.
