Executable does not have standard windows scroll bar

I created an executable, and tested the application on another computer. The application runs fine, except for the lack of the standard windows scroll bars. Did I miss an option in the dialog to create the executable? Thanks!

Web and Paragraph objects have scroll bars when so designed but the window/screen of your app doesn't. In fact if you build when objects are beyond the page boundaries, AMS will stop and warn you (although you can override it and continue).

It's strange how you just accept things as they are, it never occurred to me until now to wonder about this - guess it's because I've never had the need or I've just worked within the existing constraints.
