Customizing prompt when overwriting a file

Is there a way to provide customized text in the prompt that is invoked when the install is installing a file that already exists? When I select the option to ask the user if they want to overwrite the file or not, I noticed that the dialog box is too general in it's wording. I believe that this will just confuse the user and I would like to put my own wording in the prompt.

Can you find the general error message in Design -> General Design -> Languages? If so you can edit your language file to make the message more descriptive. This may be an option for you.
