From what I hear a VCD can be played on a DVD player. If so, does any one have a suggestion on a good progie?

Hi there,
If you have Nero 5.x.x.x or 6.x.x.x.
You have everything to start,
Open new project in Nero select Video cd.
Drag your video into Nero, Nero will convert it and even let you design a simple navigation menu for it.
