Hi. Works fine here... Try pressing F5 if you get an error page or re-clicking the link...

I also tried from various other links through your web site(s).

workin ere'
Thank you. I will check my 'end' again.
Seems that is the only link I am not able to access through I.R.'s services.
Does it take some lower security settings or some other unknown variable I need to compensate for?

Not as far as I know... It's built by a third party Kayako, so I can't be 100% sure but I doubt it.

Coreys the Web king, but i'm runnin XP standard security,
your web cache may be 'funky' try clearing it if no joy, you'll
need to relogin to forums etx though, so keep this in mind..
could even be your ISP is doin some maint..
I also just tried two different browsers and the same results appear.
If/when I find a solution, I will update this thread. In case anyone else encounters this situation.
The oddity is that I had been using the Knowledge Base all along. Today is the first time I have seen this problem manifest itself.
Thank you again for your quick feedback.
Does anyone have a good link for the FTP Plug-in, as far as examples that comes with the documentation? For some reason my computer here is not loading up such documentation. Or is there a solution that I can implement (other than reinstall the plug-in and the template) to correct this situation?
Thank you.

Hi, you mean this:

SUF6 is right, it's possible it might be DNS monkey business on your ISP. Although that would be rare, I have actually experienced that myself, once Google was down all day, and it was due purely to my ISP. Their official response, and I quote, "We are monkeys."

No, actually the documentation that seems to be 'injected' into the help file in AMS 5.0.0.4 (Pro in this example) that I have.
It no longer will show up when I am in the Action Script editor and click the Help button.
I miss that. Now it goes to some not in use C:/some/directory/here area of my H.D.
It seems to have gotten corrupt some how. The actually documentation for the plug-in.
Can you post the Help quasi-database-help file here? Or is that intertwined with the plug-in?
Thank you.
