Loading a wav-file into MediaPlayer object?

Hello everybody,

her's another one: I'd like to play wav files in a MediaPlayer object. The way it should be: The MediaPlayer is empty, besides are the descriptions of different wav files.

When clicking on a certain description, the wav should load into the player. I (even me ) know how to create the hotspot or make the descriptions "clickable". But what code do I need to load/unload the files into/from the player?

I know my questions are all basic and may be boaring for you, sorry for that. But I have smelled blood with MediaStudio and I promise not to bother you that much when I can develop easy applications myself . And I've been searching the forum for more than an hour the find the answer for this problem of mine, but with no result.

Hello kpsmith,

thank you, it works ! But one thing: The progress slider moves only shorty and then falls back to the start position. One can't go fast forward or rewind, neither with the slider, nor with the FF/FR buttons. Is this a subject to wav-files?

It really is a Wav-issue. When loading mp3-files, all transport-functions work correctly.
