I have 2 execute Actions, the 1st with 'Wait for Return' check. After the 1st action is run the system performs a reboot. How can I get Autorun to continue with the 2nd execute action without user intervention??

You could try putting a registry entry into the runonce section to auto-exececute the menu after reboot.
