fatal text 2000 / XP issue

Help! We cannot get text from a presentation created with APS 5.0 on Windows 2000 to display on machines running XP! This applies to paragraphs, labels, and buttons as well !!!!!!!

With a paragraph item, all we get, sometimes, were scroll bars, though the text box is plenty big enough. Otherwise, nothing.

    Labels: nothing. Buttons: nothing.

Works fine on all four W2000 machines; does not work at all on four XP machines tested. One clue: All text that does not display is Verdana Bold. Verdana regular seems to work fine.

This with a deadline to meet! Any clues?

    Thanks

    Verdana Bold

Just did a fairly thorough test ... it is a Verdana Bold issue. Other fonts work fine.

    Any clues to why?

Our presentation is ALL Verdana Bold. :-<

We have not been able to replicate this problem here. In order to try and diagnose this, please do the following:

    1. Make a simple empty project with just a label and paragraph object in it that replicates the problem.
    2. Go to File > Export project and export the project to an apz file. Email it to me.
    3. Publish your project to a folder on your hard drive and then zip up the folder and email it to me.

My email address is brett<<at>>indigorose.com. If you send me those things, I will try to replicate and resolve the issue.
