Anyone know how to make a status bar for web browser, similar to i.e. etc.?
I've been searching for the same info, no luck. Anybody? Please help!
I had created an example... I can't find it for some reason (on this Website or in my cache).
But, you can just use a Label object, or as many as you want, or an Input, or even a Paragraph object.

Note: This example uses the Progressbar plugin from I.R., so you will need AMS 5 Pro!

Update: I just found my original post that shares this project

thanks intrigued, I appreciate the help. Let me make sure that I'm understanding this correctly, you must purchase the plugin from indigo rose for this to work? I'm quite sure that a web browser status bar can be scripted. Yes, I do have the PRO version.
Thanks,
Mike
You would be correct... I used the Progressbar plugin to give a more presentable look.
I look forward to seeing what you come up with!

it may take me some time, as I'm not very good at scripting!
I'm also wondering if it's possible to add favorites (I'm sure it's possible) but how complicated? Is there a plugin that would do the trick?
Absolutely doable! I would recommend you use (or take a look at, at the least) I.R.'s lead-programmer's PopupMenu plugin. It will allow you to create a nice popup menu (most importantly that can be dynamically (at run-time) updated).Originally Posted by thetford
Start over at his Website. There is a cost for that offering. (but he offers an evaluation of such, scroll down PopuMenu plugin's page to find such link) www.icynorth.com However, I bought it as soon as it was available and it went into my first training CD-ROM offering, that I still sell a few of!
