what i mean is downloading a file after certain conditions.
for instance, if user wants a English version of a given program Setup Factory will download the corresponding file from a FTP or web site.

Now I'm trying to move it to the correct place and the system don't accept it. Looks like i just have to repeat it in the cortrect place.
