any way of editing files during installation?

Example, for user input on a screen

Please enter the following:
your username [ ]
your date of birth [ ]
etc
and after that some file been filled with that user's input. The file can be a text file or other editable one.

This is more kind of configuration process, i know, but will be great if is possible to do it with Setup Factory before exiting.
