help with an installation problem

I´ve created an application using vb6 & cr9.
The problem is that setup factory hangs up when the following message appears: Registering files (registrando archivos).
So i can´t use my application in my pc.
This problem only appears on xp sp1. (i´ve tested ok on w2000 sp4). it´s very strange.
Anybody knows sth about it?

What version of Setup Factory are you using (6.0.x.x)? This was a problem in some older versions of Setup Factory that has since been fixed.

The current versions are:
SUF 6.0.1.3
SUF 5.0.1.6

So if you are using an older version of either then you will want to get the patch.
