Permissions Required On Web Server For Client Access

    I'm getting the client error

    START: Get Server File

    SERVER FILE LOCATION = HTTP (Site = http://66.75.122.185/atriarch/atriarch_server_file.uif, Connection Timeout = 30,Port = 80, Condition = )
    Checking server file location condition
    Condition not specified
    Trying location...
    Location failed

Through explorer I can access this page and even download the server file but the client cannot get through. Any suggestions on this problem. Locally behind my firewall it works well but on the other side of the firewall I have problems.

    Thanks for any responses.

What version of the client file is it? Make sure you are using 1.0.0.8...

    More information about the problem.

I do have the latest version 1.0.0.8.

I switched to the server being on an FTP site.

I'm able to publish the server file through the publish mechansim at the remote site and all is well. When I run the client the following error displays. Notice that it says I have a bad host name format. It looks as if the client is trying an HTPP conection has shown in the first line? I do have the trial version. You can even create a client and try to read the server file atriarch_server_file.uif. Any suggestions and thanks for your help. If I can get this working I will most likely purchase.

    David,

Please email your .ccu file to support@indigorose.com and we will take a look into what is happening. Your .uif file may also be helpful - basically the more detail the better.

I believe that Adam was looking into it today. I am sure he'll let you know something on Monday...
