To be realistic, we likely won't put out the new plugins until after the holidays. At that point, there will be a whole slew of cool new stuff released in that first week after January 1.

To whet your appetite, the following addons will definitely be available. Keep in mind that Object Plugins and Action Plugins only work with the Professional Edition, while things like the training CD's and audio clips can be used with the Standard edition as well.

Cryptographic Actions Plugin
Add a series of cryptographic features to your projects such as Base64, MD5, Blowfish and Rot13.

CD Audio Actions Plugin
Used to play audio CDs. The CDAudio plugin is perfect for working with "mixed-mode" CDs, where there are one or more audio tracks in addition to a data track. Mixed-mode CDs are often used to create an "enhanced" audio CD which plays normally in a regular CD player and presents additional multimedia content when placed in a computer's CD-ROM drive.

SQLite Actions Plugin
SQLite is an action plugin for AutoPlay Media Studio 5.0. It makes use of the SQLite Embeddable SQL Database Engine to add high-performance database functionality to any AutoPlay application.

XML Actions Plugin
Read/write and manipulate XML (Extensible Markup Language) files in your AutoPlay applications.

FTP Actions Plugin
FTP client actions such as upload, download etc.

ComboBox Object Plugin
The ComboBox object plugin allows you to add a combobox (dropdown list) to your project.

ThumbList Object Plugin
The ThumbList object plugin allows you to show a thumbnail view of image files. The following image formats are supported: bmp, jpg, pcx, png, tga, tif, wmf, apm, emf, psd or pcd. The control supports images of any dimensions and any color depths from 2 to 32 bits-per-pixel.

Progress Object Plugin
The Progress object plugin allows you to add an integrated progress meter/bar display to your project.

Calendar Object Plugin
The Calendar object plugin allows you to add an interactive calendar to your project.

WinButton Object Plugin
The WinButton object allows you to add a Windows-style button to your project.

Can anyone tell me what time IR will release these plugins?

We can't post an exact date, but I can tell you though that we've pretty well got everything done and together and we are in the very final stages of packaging, getting shipping details in order, and getting everything released. So very, very soon, but no date. It won't be long to wait though, you'll see some stuff out before you know it...

Ditto on the 2 newest training CDs, "Advanced Objects" and "Advanced Functions, Tables, and Data Manipulation".
