    Sys Tray stuff

First off, I love the idea that you can have a custom icon in the system tray!

I realize that you can "set" your application to run in the system tray, but is there any "action" that will do this if I don't want the application to start off there? I ask because if it's set to system tray via Window Settings, then "restore" is not available when you right-click the icon (weird) ((you have to select "minimize" first - then restore is available; could be a bug?))

My ultimate goal would be to "click" on the icon and restore the application (like so many others). Is there any way this can be done, or at least emulated? I'd even be happy with a double-click Thanks.

Alright, playing around with this problem and I've come up with some scenarios.

If you start off with a "Standard" window (and system tray selected) and minimize the window using the actual windows minimize button, then you can restore the app with a double-click.

Why doesn't AMS' Window.Minimize do this as well? Like I said, maybe a bug. I don't really want to tell the user to minimize the application (kinda cheezy to say the least). I would like to do it with an action (and perform more actions when this is done; something I can't do with the real minimize button), but so far this isn't possible.

No matter what I do with AMS' commands/actions, I can't get the systray icon to do anything (short of right-clicking, selecting minimize, then selecting restore???). Is there something I'm missing here?

Brett? Corey? Any ideas? Not trying to be a pest here at all, but would like your input when you get time. I really didn't expect an answer from the usual aces here, but maybe this could be a dev issue? If it's by design, should I maybe put in a suggestion? Almost all apps that can/do run in the sys tray are able to launch with a single or double click!

I'm not knocking the software either, please don't get me wrong here It truly is the most awesome stuff I've worked with to this date! I learn something new every day. If I didn't like the program, I guess I wouldn't be here, eh?

If I need to explain a bit better, I can do that as well. Thanks.

We have fixed several bugs with minimizing to the system tray. The fixes will be in the service release that will be out in the next week or so.
