project border color

For a project that has the Border propery checked the border color defaults to white on my system. Is there a way to change the color of the border? Thanks,

As far as I know that border will default to whatever theme is on the host computer, i.e. if you change your theme it changes the way windows appear...

On the other hand you can easily just leave the border feature off and create any kind of border you want right onto your background image, this way everyone will see exactly the same thing regardless of their Windows theme, etc...
