Seach for file and stop

When searching for a file; sometimes I want to just find "a" file.

For Example: I search for regsvr32.exe -- I don't really care about finding multiple copies of it; just the 1st one.

It'd be nice (to speed up the 'search') to be able to say "Stop after finding n file(s)" -- default being 0 for all files.
