Delete Files (recursive) Action on could use Date protection
If possible provide the following optional rule during a delete file action (recursive):
Test each file creation date and compare it to the folder creation date that it is under. If a file has been added or modified after the folder's creation date then do not delete it.
This option could be used to preserve any files that were added or modified after the folder structure was first created.
