Want description field for design-time constants

I often use design-time constants in my setups.

When the number of constants is growing, then I would like to be able to enter a description for each constant (intended usage, used where, ...). I think this request is valid even when using descriptive names.

Interesting suggestion. Where/when would you actually see the descriptions, though? Just on the Design-time Constants tab, or...anywhere else in the program? (And, uh, how?)

I think its ok when the description is shown with the design-time constants definitions.
