Grin Global Source for Project Files

I think it would be really helpful to be able to specify a global source directory for project files, making project files very easy to adapt under different naming convention standars.

Perhaps you could elaborate on this. I'm not exactly sure what you are suggesting.

Smile Re: Global Source for Project Files

Assume a setup project which consists of 100 files located under a directory structure in C: drive on networked PC with the name [A].

It would be very helpful to massively change the location of source files to another drive/location, in case I use the same Setup Factory project on PC [B] which uses a map of [A] C: drive as P: .

    Hope this helps.

Re: Global Source for Project Files

You can do that by loading the project, selecting a group of files with the same source and changing their Source location from the File Properties screen.

I suppose that we could consider a mass "Search and Replace" feature. But for now changing the source directory shouldn't be too bad.
