I think it is not a good idea to make two singles setup factory, a for windows installer one and normal one.
I think it would be better to make a unique installer, and, at the compile step, to chose what installetion the person wants: for windows inst or not.

Another feature on the normal one, it would be a great feature the possibility to change the setup password.
