Thread: suf6-cr85-0.3.0.exe error

when i was installing suf6-cr85-0.3.0.exe file it gave me the following error.
Setup factory 6.0 is not properly installed on your system!

Due to the fact that another Setup Factory 6.0 user created the Crystal Reports runtime support module, it will currently only install if you are using the commercial version. However if you are evaluating and would like to try this module, please email support@indigorose.com and we will provide details to allow this install to complete.
