    Information of the client package.

i had entered some information in the "General Design" regarding the product which i need to installl.

While i right click the setup package (after building it),
it displayed the ifnormaiton of SetupFactory. why is it so?

If i right click the package, say, setup.exe we can find some information such as product name, its version etcc. But, the version and the product name which i had given in teh General Design is not there displayed there

That is by design. The setup.exe itself is just the vehicle for your software. The copyright information, etc. is there to describe the vehicle--not the contents. (It's done this way for legal reasons, I believe.)

    Hi,

Sorry but there is no way to change this information. It is not possible to change the file version information in the setup file. Since Indigo Rose owns the rights to the setup file according to the license agreement, we leave our version information in there. You are licensing the file but we still own it.

Yes I was shocked by the autoplay saying that too. I think you should be able to rename it to whatever you want. I spend the time to find the software and research it and test it. Now my customers or competitors don't even have to ask where I got it cause it says IndigoRose in when you go to the properties. In XP you just need to mouse over the EXE.
