Delay, Wait, or Pause timer???

I have a 1024x768 tiled Splash Page Background Image for a projected 640x480 setup.
(Allows 1024x768 OR 640x480 viewers to view FULL SCREEN)

Since I CANNOT create any objects to click on without covering the splash background,
how can I set a DELAY timer to hold the splash page long enough to view???

I tried creating a 10 sec blank wave, but it only jumps to the next page on startup instead of showing splash page.

Go to Project Settings. In the General options, put a checkmark in Splash Screen Display at Startup. Select your image file and set the duration to 10000 milliseconds for a 10 second delay.
