Highlight Image Quirks???

Okay,

I've made a bunch of Highlight images for all of my menus. When I preview the project the first page works fine. However when I go to the second page, I see the normal background image for a split second and then the highlight background STAYS. I've checked under object properties, deleted and reloaded mt background and highlight images....no dice...any ideas?

Is this image an IMAGE OBJECT, or is it a proper background (one selected under PAGE -> PROPERTIES)?
It sounds like what is happening is you are using an IMAGE OBJECT that has a Normal and Highlight Image. The reason that the Highlight Image is being displayed is because whenever the cursor is over an IMAGE OBJECT the Highlight Image is displayed. So if the IMAGE OBJECT takes up the entire menu, the Highlight Image will always be displayed.
What you should do is assign your Page Background under PAGE -> PROPERTIES. Once you do this everything should work properly.
