Shortcut Icons

I include my own shortcut icon in the package & everything works fine [img]/ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
During 'testing', I've always just let it install to the default directory (program files), however, after giving my app to a mate to try, he decided to install to a different directory, but the icon doesn't appear [img]/ubbthreads/images/icons/frown.gif[/img]
So how to I get the icon to be used no matter which directory the user choose's?

Are you creating a shortcut or are you installing a shortcut? What is the destination of your shortcut set to? Are you installing the ICON? Or where is the shortcut getting the ICON from?
