irsetup.exe error before installation

Hello !
When i launch a setup generated with SF 6.0.1.0, message '...entry point SetHandleContext is not found...in KERNEL32.dll'
and installation fails !
This happen only on one PC (dell latitude - W2K SP2), it works fine on other !
What could i check ?

Try deleting all the files from your systems temporary directory, and then rebooting you system.
