Thread: SUF 5.0 - Distinguish XP from 2000 ?

We have an existing install in 5.0 and would prefer not to migrate it to 6.0 at this time. However, XP is detected as win 2000 and actions are being taken that should not be. Is there a way to distinguish XP from 2000 in SUF 5.0.

What build of Setup Factory 5.0 are you using? Update to the newest build, 5.0.1.6 and you shouldn't have this problem.

Try Checking for an Update under: Help -> Check For Update.

What does that do for you? You could also contact sales@indigorose.com and explain your problem to them. Remember to supply them with your serial number; this will make everything easier for both parties.
