Wallpaper

How do you install new wallpaper as part of an installation,
I have got the bmp to copy,
have been able to send cahanges to the registry,
when you go to desktop properties the new wallpaper is there and is the default, but it is not showing on the windows desktop,after you reboot it's there, is ther a way of the desktop to refresh to show the new wallpaper ?

I too, have tried to accomplish this, but I was unable to find a method that will refresh the wallpaper without rebooting. I am therefore not sure if this is possible.

If anyone out there has had any luck with this, please post your solution to the forum.
