Folder heirarchy shortcuts?

When adding a folder to SF, the files are separated, and i lose folder hierarchy. My source files will be the same as my destination files.

Is there an easy way to avoid specifying relative locations for over 600 files?

Hi,
What you should do is add all of you files at once.
So make sure all the files that you want in your project are contained within in one main folder. Then when you add files simply select the "all files in this folder and subfolder" option, and add your files. Then when you add your files, your folder hierarchy should be maintained.
