Pictures are worth 1000 words!
Great product but even the best products weren't any good if no one can understand how to use them. I'm a network engineer by trade and just happen to love programming in VB.net. Therefore, sometimes things can be a little trying spec to coding. However, pictures are worth 1000 words and examples are invaluable.
Being new to your product I have found myself fumbling around trying to figure out one thing from another. In some of the tutorial you could find pictures that demonstrate certain things and this is extremely helpful to get through the learning curve.
My suggestion would be to add more imagery and code examples to your documentation. This will make it easier for beginners as well as advanced coders because they will not have to fumble as much to learn your product.
