Generate WiX files from the command line?

Does MSI Factory have the ability to create the WiX from the command line? Perhaps a "/outputWiX" option?

There is no command line option for just building the WiX sources, you need to use the menu option for this. The WiX sources are created as part of the build process - which can be started from the command line - however these files are deleted once the build is finished.
