When trying to update to Setup Factory 9.2 I get a strange message on the Customer
Portal when I'm trying to login that says my IP address has been banned. Also, if I try to use the link on my software to check for an update I get an error message that reads: p>ERROR: 140. Does anyone in this forum know how to resolve this problem? I know my subscription is good until April so it can't be that my subscription has expired.
